Your key responsibilities

• Research and develop new data science methodologies applicable to several areas of data management life cycle
• Develop cutting edge and scalable anomaly detection methodologies for various data solutions applicable across data products
• Back test the models and conduct analysis to devise the fitment of these methods
• Identify and analyze the right data sets going inside the models/systems for quality issues
• Research around latest industry trends around data science and corresponding applicability to MSCI data systems
• Research methodologies that can be scalable and can be applied to assess data quality in real time
• Provide adequate visualization/interpretation and documentation support to the models/methodologies
• Present latest state of the art research and corresponding results and benefits to senior management/team members in a simple and effective manner
• Work towards creating easy to plug solutions applicable to any part of data processing lifecycle
• Work with teams towards the implementation of these models in our enterprise architecture

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Engineering/statistics degree from a top tier university
• 8-10 year of professional experience in the field of Data Science/AI/ML/NLP
• Excellent understanding of python and related ecosystem around development/deployment
• Experience working with Machine Learning and Deep Learning is highly desirable
• Exposure towards NLP and related frameworks with exposure to SOTA frameworks is desired
• Working knowledge of several data storage technologies including SQL/NoSQL solutions and exposure other modern age data technologies
• Prior experience working with fintech/financial firms with understanding of financial products is a strong plus
• Ability to execute under minimal supervision and translation of business requirement
