Sr. Data Analyst

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
- Extract and manipulate large amounts of raw data derived from various data warehouses, data sets and tools to support the Audience Insights team in their work to develop audience insights, profiles, segments, and performance objectives
- Work with analysts and data scientists to build audience-based models including segmentation and customer lifetime value models
- Work with marketing leads to understand their strategic needs around audience insights to help guide the direction of audience analytics
- Become an expert in database tables, data sources, and translating database terms and business definitions
- Perform analysis to identify and interpret the meaning, trends, and nuances within the data; inclusive of impact analysis of new audience-based marketing programs
- Provide support in developing analytical processes and make use of data in meaningful ways that produce positive business results
- Provide regular reporting of audience segments against key objectives and performance metrics
- Increase the company’s analytical ability and comfort level through approachable analyses for non-analytical stakeholders and audience specific guidance
- Communicate requirements to data engineering the team to improve the customer data warehouses and tools to improve analytics capabilities and speed to insights
