RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the Growth Team to evaluate the impact and ROI of key initiatives, A/B tests, and marketing campaigns
• Be a thought partner within the organization to drive outcomes with sound, data driven recommendations
• Build data sets for exploration, as needed by stitching together disparate data sources for A/B tests, acquisition, product performance, CRM, and more to enable actionable insights
• Leverage Python and other tools to run complex data analysis, statistical significance for A/B tests, regression models, and other advanced analytics needs
• Partner with Business Intelligence to create automated and scalable solutions for self-service through Tableau, reporting tables, and data extracts for Tableau; creating efficiency and scale.
• Become a SME on Growth initiatives and frameworks to enable deeper insights and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Economics, Math, Statistics
• Preferred: Masters in Business Analytics
