We are looking forward to a Business Analyst, Web Content Management –Customer Support – APAC Region in Eaton’s Sales and Marketing Center, based in Pune, India.

This role within the Creative Services COE team works with and supports the business unit, segment and country marketing and sales teams in EMEA to realize Eaton’s Electrical Sector growth plans in the region.

The role will focus on guiding the business in the optimal usage of Eaton’s web content management platform, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

This role acts as a fulcrum between the business and its requirements for efficient web content and asset management via AEM, the services team responsible for web content publishing and the IT team responsible for technical platform management, including the integrations with up/downstream applications.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:Support and direct the web publishing services team to ensure optimal content production/dissemination and contact management processes and rigorous adherence to published SLAs.

Provide expert guidance and coach the ES EMEA AEM user community/web content owners to ensure active and effective usage of the AEM platform via ongoing live and recorded training, communication, and the Web content Communities of Practice
Work with AEM users and stakeholders to drive ongoing understanding of and compliance with AEM content and asset management processes.

Regularly use reports to monitor compliance; ensure extensive documentation is maintained and continually updated
Analysize various data sources and gather/prioritize business requirements in order to identify and drive ongoing continuous improvement of core processes and technical systems.
