This role within the Creative Services COE team works with and supports the business unit, segment and country marketing and sales teams in EMEA to realize Eatons Electrical Sector growth plans in the region.
The role will focus on guiding the business in the optimal usage of Eatons Marketing Automation platform, Eloqua.
This role acts as a fulcrum between the business and its requirements for efficient content and contact management and disseminaton via Eloqua, the services team responsible for content publishing and the IT team responsible for technical platform management, including the integrations with up/downstream applications.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:Support and direct the Eloqua publishing services team to ensure optimal content production/dissemination and contact management processes and rigorous adherence to published SLAs
Provide expert guidance and coach the ES EMEA Eloqua user community to ensure active and effective usage of the Marketing Automation platform via ongoing live and recorded training, communication, and the Eloqua Community of Practice
Work with Eloqua users and stakeholders to drive ongoing understanding of and compliance with Eloqua content and contact management processes.
Regularly use reports to monitor compliance; ensure extensive documentation is maintained and continually updated
Analyze various data sources and gather/prioritize business requirements in order to identify and drive ongoing continuous improvement of core processes and technical systems.
