1.

Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support 2.

Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream 3.

Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership 4.

Good project management skills – able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately 5.

Proven experience in working with client teams (Business & IT) 6.

Should have excellent communication (written / oral) and presentation skills 7.

Set & manage stakeholder expectations 8.

Good team management skills – able to build and mentor the team.

9.

Prior onsite experience would be an added advantage clients
