We are looking for talented Systems Integration and Test (I&T) engineers to join our team, working with other engineering disciplines to help develop many best-in-class products and solutions.
The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
Candidates with Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Math, or related disciplines should explore the opportunities available in the Baltimore Engineering Integration & Test organization.
We are actively seeking high performing candidates for Software Integration & Test engineering positions working on our portfolio of military missile launching systems, including the Mk 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) and related launchers.
We are seeking candidates with an interest in finding flaws in prototype and production systems and working on creative solutions to help our systems meet challenging performance requirements.
Our I&T engineers work on early prototype systems, low-rate production systems, and systems actively deployed with military units worldwide.
Assignments will primarily involve software computer program testing within our complex missile launching systems.
Candidates with an interest in problem solving and multiple engineering disciplines are preferred.
The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with Systems and Software engineers and other engineering disciplines.
Tasks for engineers on these projects include:
Author test plans and procedures
Perform RVTMLead and Execute software test events, developing scenarios, running tests on prototype and production hardwarePerform data analysis of test results and prepare comprehensive system and/or subsystem level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performanceAuthor problem reports describing issues identified by testingWork with systems and software development engineers to correct errors in designs based on test failures
