POSITION SUMMARY:The Reporting Analyst will provide methodologies, processes, architectures, and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information to support regulatory, compliance and business performance management effortsExperience in writing SQL procedures, Proficient in all Microsoft Applications like MS Access, MS Excel, Automation toolsThe ideal candidate must also be an effective communicator and problem solverThe role will interact with Business Partners in India and USAExperience in VBA coding for a minimum of 1 year
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create monthly and weekly reports from various databasesAnalyze data to ensure correctness of reports createdFacilitate the accurate and timely submission of reportsCreate and update documentation for the reporting logics and codesDevelop automation of processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time using VBA and SQLWork independently on projects and other assignmentsMulti-task and troubleshoot any issues that may arise and work closely within the department and with other Ocwen departments to ensure their prompt and accurate resolutionMaintenance & Development of existing databases, tables and tools used by Non Borrower Billing processExecuting and refining innovation strategies to automate processesCreate reporting presentations to be reviewed by Sr.

ManagementEDUCATION / EXPERIENCEWorked on multiple projects and able to articulate them in terms of objectives, problem diagnosis, solution approach and the value adKnowledge of Algorithms and creating valid, legible codeThe ideal candidate must be an effective communicator and problem solverGood to have PL/SQL knowledge and other data technologies.

Comfortable working with large relational databases and data managementExperience in VBA coding for a minimum of 1 yearExpertise in VBA & Macros using MS Excel and/or MS AccessMust be proficient in all Microsoft ApplicationsPrior mortgage analytics experience is preferredBsc.
