Job Summary:-
Educational Qualification : BE/BTech (Any streams),Degree graduates in Computer Applications, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Commerce from reputed Colleges
Experience : 2-5 yrs
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team, motivate team to perform their work, supervise team’s work and measure their performance
Ability to suggest improvements in current practices, designing modifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Engage with onsite team on regular basis on operational issues
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations.

Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Validate resource requirements
Excellent communication skills – oral and written
Hands on experience on MS excel
