As a Sr.
BIE, you will be responsible for working with disparate and huge volumes of data to develop scheduled, automated and self-service solutions for WWCTA and our Business Partners.
You will be responsible for building a robust set of operational and business metrics and also utilize these metrics to determine and recommend any improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:Gather requirements from stakeholders to build a suite of analytical and reporting solutions using the Amazon data lake and data sourced from internal recruitment tools
Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics in Quicksight, Tableau or Excel
Ad-hoc analysis and data extracts using SQL
Individually lead and support business planning & analysis – triangulating information and advising teams
Provide timely wing-to-wing project lifecycle execution (project planning, execution, risk assessment and system availability)
Execute cross functional, high impact projects to improve operational performance and candidate experience
Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or Operations Research
Experience with Python and R
Analytical mindset and ability to see the big picture and influence others
Detail-oriented and must have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems.
The role will require the ability to extract data from various sources and to design/construct/execute complex analyses to finally come up with data/reports that help solve the business problem
Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to lead group discussions and explaining complex solutions
Ability to apply analytical, computer, statistical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively
