Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job DescriptionAAA Club Alliance is hiring for a Senior Business Data Analyst to join our team! This position focuses on data related requests, and will be heavily involved with various data teams and analysts from throughout the organization.
This position will interact with SMEs and document requirements for data related efforts, including creation and validation of data definition and utilization rules.
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience eliciting and documenting requirements for data warehouse, campaign automation, data visualization, or other data related efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Works with clients to produce clear, complete and thorough data related project requirements documentation, in a timely manner.
Conduct interviews to gather user requirements for data efforts through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios and other methods.
Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis, which a concentration on data efforts, to define project impact, outcome criteria and metrics.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards.
Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/the project team.
Develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts for programmers to follow
Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders.
Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
