The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Work with a diverse range of HR and business stakeholders to build and maintain long term stakeholder relationships
Understand current organisation and As Is global and countries processes and identify To be opportunities for changes, balancing operational excellence, regulatory and countries specific requirements
Business
Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, employee experience and HR good practice in process solution design across multiple workstreams
Understand risks, business imperatives and business context when facilitating decision making impacted by the process re-design, create solution options and make recommendations
Present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offs
Processes
Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise operating model and employee experience.
Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements with the help of Product Owner.
Identify and define user stories and use cases.
Set up and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix
Work with the Service Delivery Design team, Architects, and other Programme team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application
