Working as a Business Analyst at Signify is dynamic.

You ‘ll be supporting the Marketing teams of North America with finding and reporting insights on Sales and Market share across categories and segments.

We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’ll be responsible for applying the appropriate skills, tools and techniques required to identify insights and report out.

You’ll be part of the Signify’ s Cooper Lighting Solutions, Marketing team, Pune, India and its responsibilities are to support global marketing team in a continuous evolving market for growth, so adaptation to continuous change and exposure to business analytics and reporting must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do
Work closely with the North America Marketing team to report market share and monthly bowlers as per the identified formats
Executing projects of strategic importance for Business Verticals by developing analytical models and present findings to take right business decisions
Do market analytics by constructions verticals and segments
Update and Maintain competitors’ cross references
Have attention to details to maintain high level data consistency across all the reporting channels
Work on process efficiency by automation and smart analytics to remove redundant activities
Your qualifications
Graduate in Business or Economics (certification in Business Analytics or MBA will be add-on)
3-5 years of experience – in Business Reporting/ Analytics for FMCG or manufacturing industry
Understanding of Datasets concepts
Ability to manage a large amount of data
Technical proficiency MS – Access, MS- Excel, Power BI, SAP BW [preferred] required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required with good representation and communications skills
