The Red Hat Global Operations Sales Incentive team is looking for a Sales Incentive Analyst to join us in Pune, India.

In this role, you will perform sales incentive reporting, analysis, data validation, and administration for the global Sales team.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Incentive team for each geographic region.

As a Sales Incentive Analyst, you will also produce quarterly commissions reports and presentations for the Executive team and senior sales management and you’ll be involved in AppX system maintenance and testing.

Primary job responsibilities:
Translate the sales, financial, or corporate planning design requirements to enterprise models with associated geographical rollups, and calculations
Provide forecast and pipeline analytics that will improve the leadership team’s ability to guide the business and surpass targets
Analyze monthly or quarterly variances, historical trends, quarter over quarter, and year on year analysis to provide visibility and recommendations to the business owners
Use good communication, presentation, and articulation skills in verbal and non-verbal communication
Communicate and collaborate with team members across locations to accomplish project goals, generate, validate, publish, and deliver reports as per the business requirement
Work on ad hoc reporting requests, maintain data quality of production and ad-hoc reports
Develop documentation for delivered solution, assist in all phases of testing
Required skills:
2-5 years of experience working on financial planning and analysis
Solid spreadsheet skills with proven experience in managing large data sets, performing analysis, and building user-friendly models
Prior experience working with sales, business consulting, or marketing organizations; an internship within one of these organizations will also be considered
Excellent analytical and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, and able to fulfill cross-functional projects on your own
Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirements
Define and document the end-to-end planning processes used today and identify where and how tooling s
