Duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
AAV vector production (insect and mammalian)
Bioreactor experience a plus
Bacmid/rBV prep
Document procedures and results.
Present results in group meetings
Familiar with AAV characterization, ddPCR titer, Octet, Cp Elisa, Alkaline gel

Handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized.

Interact with team members in a constructive and proactive manner.
Experience
Required:
Culture of adherent and suspension cell lines, aseptic technique, media and reagents preparation
Small scale AAV production
Documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and data analysis in Excel.
Desired:
Bioreactor Experience.
Analytical assays: ddPCR, ELISA, electrophoresis, Western blots, Octet
Hands-on experience with AAV vectors.
Monitoring of cell culture analytes, Flex,
Education
Degree in biological sciences or a related field.
Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience, or Masters degree with 2 years of experience
