Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Global Services and Support (GSS) Program Management Office.

In this position you will scope and deliver GSS priority projects end-to-end, collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write specifications, and drive project schedules from design to release.

A focus area for this role will be steering and delivering the pipeline of GSS’s support automation tooling and capabilities.

You will dive deep into data to understand and assess automation opportunities and methods, and partner across organizations to define and implement scalable solutions to the most impactful operations and support challenges.

As a TPM, you will identify bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and manage tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

You will be expected to clearly communicate to AR leadership across functions and engine
