Job Summary:-
ICG Risk Analysis (“IRAU”) is an integral part of the Institutional Credit Management (“ICM”) organization.

The IRAU’s mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis and monitoring in support of ICG Risk Management, Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory’s (“BCMA”), Markets and Security Services (“MSS”), Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”), and Inter-Affiliates.

The Transformation and Core Operations Team of ICG Risk Analysis (“TCO”), comprised of Transformation Process Managers, ICG Risk Analysis Administration, Controls & Monitoring, and Quality Assurance, supports the Global Head of the ICG Risk Analysis and the rest of ICG Risk Analysis by setting the strategies for and driving the execution of best-in-class risk review analysis, processes, and controls for ICG Risk Analysis.

ICG Risk Analysis Quality Assurance verifies that established standards and processes are followed and consistently applied and responsibilities are carried out independently under the oversight of the Head of ICG Risk Analysis Quality Assurance who reports to the Head of ICG Risk Analysis TCO, such that quality assurance is independent of and has no direct execution responsibility for any of the processes that it reviews.

The Quality Assurance Reporting Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing metrics and producing reports for the IQA Program.

This role reports to the Quality Assurance Reporting Team Lead.

Key responsibilities include:
Support the Quality Assurance Reporting Team Lead producing reports, identifying and escalating issues, by the accurate, precise, and consistent tracking of key performance indicators, across sites, portfolios, and teams
Execute reporting and data management responsibilities, following the procedures documented on the ICG Risk Analysis Operating Procedures, requiring minimum supervision by the Quality Assurance Reporting Team Lead
Ensure that all data maintenance, reporting, tracking, effective escalation and communication are properly executed as per the design and strategy with required deadlines
Support ICG Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives
Travel (less than 10%)
