Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly capable data quality senior analyst to develop procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data.
You will be performing data analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage procedures, and preparing data analysis reports.
To ensure success as a data quality analyst, you should exhibit extensive knowledge of data analysis techniques and experience in a similar role.
A top-notch data quality analyst will be someone whose data analysis expertise results in reliable information for company executives.
The Data Quality Rule Writing Team supports several Data Management groups within Consumer and Community Banking to improve data quality.
The Data Quality Rules platform provides the ability to write rules to validate and monitor data completeness, validity, accuracy, consistency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:To be responsible for the tracking and auditing of all data in and out of the business Identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes.
Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions
Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends.
Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.
Undertake and Conduct Data Quality Management activities such as (but limited to):
Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems
Evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy
Determine business impact level for data quality issues
Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
Research and determine scope and complexity of issue so as to identify steps to fix issue
Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality
Maintain a record of original data and corrected data
Ensure adherence to data quality standards
Resolve all internal data exceptions in timely and accurate manner
