Role DescriptionLead and prioritize the demand and management of DS BL’s strategic projects/programs.

Accountable for delivering the roadmap within the defined scope, budget and timeline.

Manage end-to-end large-scale projects independently including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases.

Co-ordinate to set governance with stakeholders to identify opportunities to initiate new projects
Act as study leader during conceptualization of the program.

Conduct initial study, consult and propose new requirements, solutions and design.

Contribute to the demand management and strategic prioritization of the business line.

Establish strong industry connections and bring-in innovations, new methods of working and delivering programs through tools, process and technology.

Contribute to the revenue generation by NBI generated through the programs delivered.

Create an environment to bring-in functional and domain expertise
Coach and mentor to enhance and strengthen team’s skills.

Contribute to forums of organizations and bring-in industry’s standards.

Influence peers globally (N-/+3) and upwards in business partner’s organization.

Accountable for people related objectives in a sub-Business Line.

Propose innovation, renunciation and simplification.
