Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP.

In fact, we are responsible for 1 in every 3 ads you see globally.

We are currently looking for a Director-Analytics & Business Planning for Mindshare Fulcrum.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering brand marketing problem with data based solutions.

Analytical thinking, number crunching, articulation of statistical solutions to business answers and managing multiple stakeholders are the key responsibilities.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to Principal Partner, Strategy, Mindshare Fulcrum3 best things about the job:

Spot the “not-so-obvious” – Requires you to be a numbers gig with the ability to play with dataPerfect marriage of English and Maths – you should be able to translate statistical results to business solutions and communicate wellWork with the largest Advertiser and Leader in the FMCG segment
In this role, your goals will be:In three months:
Integrate and learn the different streams of analysis the team undertakes
Identify at least 2 areas that the individual would lead and be accountable for
In six months:
Work on at least 2 projects with minimum guidance
Present at least 1 new concept / product idea
In 12 months:
Land the identified product / concept
Be fully integrated in the team and lead significant aspects of the practice
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
Adept in analysing patterns in data and evaluating business / brand requirements
Committed to deliver error free and timely delivery of outputs to the associated clients.

Sound understanding of media mix modelling, statistical techniques (Regression analysis, Logistic regression analysis).

Hands on experience on SAS, R, SQL or any other statistical analysis software
Experience in media planning and strategy
In depth understanding of report writing
Adept at handling multiple clients and different stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with troubleshooting, problem defining & solving capabilities and skills in solving different issues.
