Job Description
As a Business Analyst for BI – Data and Analytics solutions, the candidate is expected to lead project deliveries offering data visualisation & interactive dashboards through strong engagement with the business stakeholders using the best practices from telecom processes and operations, project management & agile methodologies.

The role would be to work closely with business stakeholders for business consulting & solutions, requirement gathering, translate them into implementable solutions and deliver outcomes through the delivery teams.

Key accountabilities:Interfacing with Business stakeholders / Partners to gather techno-functional requirements and perform scoping, feasibility analysis, impact assessment and creating functional test cases.

Should be able to define and prioritize User stories along with Acceptance Criteria and definition of done by consulting Business Partner and stakeholders.

Engagement with Visualization team to deliver visualization wireframes and mock-ups in line with internal standards and global best practices.

Engage with the Delivery teams to estimate and create agile plans, define technical pointers, prepare for check-point reviews, UATs & project closure.

Create an environment of innovation & going beyond the minimal project requirements to create a wow factor for partner.

End to end ownership of project deliverables across the project lifecycle, including communications, escalation.

Able to manage change, make decisions and create valuable features for customers .

Able to work in a highly collaborative environment with other Business Analysts and teams across the globe.

Core competencies:Experienced in requirements engineering, specifically the challenge and validation of data capability and reporting requirements .

Experience in telecom environment, with exposure to Strategic/analytics roles.

This position requires strong knowledge on BI and Data Warehousing and working knowledge on databases like Teradata/Oracle.

Strong exposure to data analysis, gap analysis, data profiling, clearly documenting requirements, good knowledge on Business Analysis life cycle with very strong and clear communication skills .

Candidate should have experience in Agile Projects preferably in SAFe m
