As the Hyderabad Site Lead for Advanced Modeling group, you will manage and coordinate the work on materials, process, and structure modeling projects in the group with close collaboration, partnership, and guidance from Boise leadership.

You must have strong knowledge and proven background in software development and multiscale simulations.

You will be expected to work with remote modeling teams, customers, and management team to establish project milestones and timelines.

You will contribute to large-scale development of modeling solutions and methods to deploy across Micron sites.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deploy, test, and maintain advanced modeling solutions as directed by the Boise team
Implementation of advanced numerical methods, meshing algorithms, structure conversions, large-scale visualization, multi-scale coupling schemes, and stand-alone applications
Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the modeling engineers, and be jointly accountable for the site-level deliverables
Maintain project documentation and clearly communicate technical information across all stakeholders
Set up periodic project reviews and demos for internal customers and management reviews
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in developing physical/engineering modeling software
3+ years of industry experience with modeling tools
Previous managerial and supervisory experience in a related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to operate independently in a highly interdisciplinary fast-paced dynamic environment
Proactive approach to problem/project management, good problem-solving skills and track record for innovation
Ability to work on multiple projects and work through cross-dis
