The company is building a world-class Customer Success (CS) organization and we are looking to hire a Lead Engineer who will be leading the development of Business Intelligence applications in the Nutanix Customer Success Insights team.

The Customer Success Insights team is the Chief Data Officer for Customer Success and other sales functions.

As a BI Lead Engineer, in the CS Chief Data Office, you will be the dual role of (a) lead engineer to our home-grown BI portal development team and (b) business analyst to our Tableau team, providing BI requirements.

Our products and tools are built on a platform of customer data and provide insights that end-users across the company will use to make customers more successful.

Responsibilities:
Play a key role in developing and maintaining in-house products and dashboards built on Tableau.

Regularly interact with end-users: Understand key user requirements, own and answer data-related questions including the data originating from external sources.

Become the subject matter expert on the database schema that supports various Customer Success Systems & Tools.

Troubleshoot data pipelines working closely with teams that own upstream data sources
Design and develop features for the Nutanix CS 360 products and implement a high-availability, high-scale API platform
Perform data validations, integration tests, and user acceptance tests
Lead end-to-end NLP model building activities such as data collection, curation, and building training data sets
Requirements:
Experience in developing and managing in-house BI, Analytics applications, and SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Tableau at enterprise scale.
