We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Business AnalystPrincipal responsibilities
Requirement Analysis Thin slicing of User stories into manageable chunks
Working with both Upstream and Downstream IT BAs
Documenting Requirement specifications on Confluence / BRDs / FRDs
Impact Analysis for Change Requests.
Support the product owner in the management of their work stream Backlog and the prioritization of stories and subtasks.
Groom the stories in the backlog to ensure that they are prepared to meet the definition of ready
Contribute to the project RAAID by raising items when necessary.
Update the Engagement Lead and Project Management with progress vs delivery milestones
Facilitate the following Agile Forums and project meetings
Pod Backlog refinement
Pod Sprint Planning/show and tell/ retrospective
Pod Scrum
Attend the following project meetings
Workstream Backlog refinement
Workstream Scrum
Workstream Retrospective
Design Forum (by invitation)
Work with management team and wider IT community to remove any impediments to the pod progress
Monitor pod work to ensure that all deliverables and work items are produced to a high
