10 to 14 years’ experience in IT Business Analysis preferably in FX/Treasury Domain.

Functional Knowledge of FX Trade life Cycle, statements, reports
Requirement gathering and requirement analysis skills.

Experience in functional specification and or Use Case preparation.

Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team.

members and produce best team result.

Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills.

Nice to haveExperience in test plan and test case preparation and reviewExperience in end to end functional testingGood exposure to Estimation, Planning, Task assignment, Tracking and reportingExperience of interacting with North America counterparts/clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Role Product Owner and Functional/Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities Requirement Analysis, participating JAD sessions, requirement documentations, Functional Specification writing, requirement traceability matrix preparations, Functional walkthrough to the team, test scenario preparations, functional validations, QA test execution review, application Demo to product owner.

Scrum updates tracking, follow up on open items, Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement.
