Job Summary:-
Role Purpose
This role will be responsible for support and maintaining uptime of various Business Intelligence solutions being used in Coats globally.

The focus of this position will be on resolving issues and service pre-approved requests along with supporting in the building and testing of new solutions.

This will involve working with technology stacks from SAP, Microsoft (Azure) and Celonis.

Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesSupporting existing Business Intelligence solutions and technology infrastructure
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Monitoring data pipelines and jobs and triggering timely corrective actions for addressing errors.

Supporting wider Data Engineering and Data Science teams with their requirements, such as data set provision.

Supporting BI power users to develop reports, insights for the top management.

Should own the incidents / service requests related to Digital and other business applications and handle through completion.

Monitoring and handling system alerts and exceptions
Working with a small, empowered cross-functional team to deliver business value.

Operational support, maintain information quality, service availability, post-mortem events, maintain play books.

Education, Qualifications and Experience
EssentialDegree in computer science, IT or equivalent.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Exposure to SAP BI, PowerBI and Azure SQL Warehouse
Exposure to common database technologies.

Desire to work closely with the business, learn new things and deliver.

Ability to take ownership of a project or issue, analyse it and solve problems not faced before.

Sound SQL skills
Strong data warehousing & data modelling experience
MS DWH, SAP & BW & HANA technical & functional skills
DesirableHANA Streaming skills
Scripting skills: Java, DAX, Macros, VBA.

IoT, Data Lake experience
ITIL awareness
DevOps awareness
Experience / Exposure to IoT solutions
ABAP skills
SAP BI: AFO, Lumira, Webi, BOBJ-CMC
SAP BW- Bex query designer
Understanding of SAP Functional Modules Flow
