Job Objective:
The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for providing systems and technical support for the development of HRMS while concurrently working to increase process efficiency.

The position is a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with integration development, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes and data analysis.

This role supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects and works closely with the IT, DB and Workplace Services team.

Responsibilities (job role and routine responsibilities of this position):

Design and develop inbound or outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connect and Studio.

Experience with XML, XSL, Web services methods (REST/SOAP) from an enterprise integration perspective[

Should possess a standard understanding of core HR functional areas – Core HCM, Recruitment, Time tracking, Absence and Payroll for integration-related tasks.

Has experience of integrating Workday with third party service providers and vendors using various data exchange mechanisms.
