Job Summary:-
Overview of Job
Supporting the Global Trading Function (and wider WPP teams) in all areas of Vendor Expenditure data collection, aggregation, analysis, report creation and systems development/maintenance.

Management of and working closely with Top 26 GroupM Global Trading markets/teams to manage vendor expenditure data submissions (Digital and Top Vendors) at monthly, quarterly and annual periods

In this role, your goals will be:In three months:
Understand the domain and technology implementation of clients
Build relationships with the team
In six months:
Get deep into the project and start working on modules adding value independently
Identify areas where you can add value and start a conversation around futuregrowth

In 12 months:
Be the lead on the module you are working on
Start interactions with the client and own the scope and deliveries of the project
What your day job looks like at GroupMAnalyse, verify and validate accuracy of data provided from all markets, liaising with key contacts to challenge and query data submissions where required
Generate detailed vendor expenditure summary reports (Microsoft BI) for GroupM Global Trading and WPP
Ensure data is always accurate and up to date, creating system and library for online access to key stakeholders
Maintain the COREM system in the longer term and evolve as the business requires i.

e additional markets on board, new reports required etc.

Support for frequent adhoc requests from GroupM and WPP, ensuring expenditure data is correct and liaising with markets for insights where required
Form and develop strong relationship with GroupM Applications team to enhance efficiency and manage implications of system modifications which may impact key deliverables, both short term and long term
