Job Summary:-
A.P.T. Portfolio is a proprietary trading group, specializes in quantitative strategies, statistical analysis and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

Prepare audit reports and work papers to ensure adequate documentation exists to support the completed audit and conclusionsAdhering to regulatory and statutory compliance of SEBI/RBI and other regulatory bodiesManage financial systems and budgetsReview the company’s systems and analyse riskLiaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arisePrepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accountsMaintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.

Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Files tax documents by preparing tax returns.

Recommends tax strategies by researching tax issues.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant/CS with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.

College Degree: Accounting, Finance or Business and Administration.

Strong written and verbal skillsAdequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
