Must be familiar with developing web & business components

Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts (OOPS)

Strong understanding of Relational Database concepts (RDBMS)

Strong command on web technologies like JavaScript, XML.

Knowledge on Hibernate, struts & springs will be a added advantage
