Job Summary:-
Role and Responsibilities
Work with EI’s team in MP to ensure the project achieves its objectives by enabling the state assessment cell to lead the state’s assessment needs
Build relationships with different stakeholders in the state’s ecosystem such as teachers and trainers to create buy-in and gain credibility.

Work with the EI’s team in MP and government officials to conduct successful capacity building workshops.

Ideate and execute assessment strategies for scholastic and co-scholastic assessments
Understand analysis and reporting needs for the project and ensure analyses for the given project and write reports.

Create and deliver high quality reports as per EI’s MoU with the state.

Must have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Should have in-depth understanding of subject to be able to create insightful content
Stakeholder management abilities (particularly preferred prior exposure to government set-ups)
Should be able to create and conduct high quality trainings
Should be able to problem-solve and critically analyze assessment data

Education
Subject background in Science, at a Masters’ level or above
Experience
2-4 years of experience in content creation/teaching role
