Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop metrics and dashboards to ensure business leadership, HR BPs and HR COE teams have easy access to the information when monitoring organizational health and making talent decisions.
· Gather and analyze data, using advanced statistical and predictive models to identify trends and root cause of problems to predict turnover, improve retention and hiring and other important business issues
· Define and recommend best practices for applying data mining to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
· Provide Insights and recommend actions based on analytics output and build a mechanism to review progress based on recommendations.
- Partner with HR BPs to identify, prioritize, and execute people analytics needs Produce clear, concise`reports, analytics and/or presentations to communicate stats, risks and key updates
