Your Role and Responsibilities
The Analytics Assessment Architect (AAA) is primarily responsible for the analysis of telemetry reports/data from Endpoint Monitoring analytics tools (Lakeside Systrack, Aternity, etc.

), as well as data gathered from other systems (inventory management, ticket management, etc.

) that are in place to support a customer’s enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
[Transition] Consults and assists GTS services teams, IBM teams, customer and 3rd party services teams with the setup, configuration and support of Endpoint Monitoring analytics tools and other related information systems.

[Transition] Coordinates the planning & develops the processes required to interlock with various resolver groups for issue & improvement management.

[Ongoing] Works with GTS services teams, IBM teams, customer and 3rd party services teams to receive, assess, review & analyze reports and data from Endpoint Monitoring analytics tools and other related information systems.

[Ongoing] Creates/Generate reports from Endpoint Monitoring analytics tools and other related information systems.

[Ongoing] Analyzes data to identify & document issues and improvements in the form of actionable insights, based on an analysis of the reports & telemetry data provided by Endpoint Monitoring analytics tools and other related information systems.

[Ongoing] Communicates & discusses recommended actionable insights and issue resolution and improvement activities with the customer, IBM account team, and all the necessary resolver group contacts.

Provide clarifications and corrections to all parties as necessary.

[Ongoing] Receives, reviews & analyzes resolutions plans and actions, provided by resolver groups.
