Your Role and Responsibilities
As a DB2 Developer Build and manage: DB2 database, automated data extracts from source systems using DataStage / SQL.
Automate internal scoring processes.
Take care of any changes to the schema, tables, views and maintain the database.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in DB2 general administration, development, programming, and performance turning.
DB2 replication to DB2 and non-DB2 targets.
Advance DB2 skills with index design, MQT, MDC and Partitioning.
DB2 data load/migration.
Data modeling concepts.
All phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) from analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance with timely delivery against aggressive deadlines.
Effectively made use of Table Functions, Table Partitioning, Collections, Analytical functions, Materialized Views, Query Re-Write.
Developed Complex database objects like Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers in DB2.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in DB2 Databases.
Strong background in database program
