Product Reporting Analyst
Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, talented Reporting Analyst to help us build a movement to create a more open mobile market that democratizes mobile performance data.
The Reporting Analyst will produce RootScore products (e.
g.
National, State, Metro and Transit RootScore Reports: subscription based, data intensive mobile experience reports) for RootMetrics.
A passionate can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate while acting as a thought leader in your area of expertise will serve you well in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality assurance and data integrity of each product, identifying possible issues and/or incorrect technical information.
Generate market specific publication-quality reports that utilize creative visualization techniques, and include evolving and compelling insights uniting mobile industry trends with RootMetrics market specific datasets.
Manage timelines, communication and cross team deliverables for RootMetrics products.
Develop and maintain processes for creation and completion of RootMetrics products.
Effectively communicate with clients and Executive stakeholders within the organization.
Skills Required
Proficiency in MS Office specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven data analysis experience; such as compiling and organizing large data sets, as well as identifying and correcting data anomalies.
Ability to concurrently drive multiple deliverables and track to multiple deadlines.
Willingness to share your ideas and collaborate with others in a team setting.
Interpersonal skills that are consistent with an entrepreneurial, small-company environment where teamwork is of the utmost importance.
Relentlessly high quality standards, accuracy and extreme attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Skills Appreciated
Background in the area of telecommunications or wireless telecommunications.
Working knowledge of SQL, R, Python and database structures.
