We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fast growing team.
You will be part of a team responsible for tele calling to reach out to customers who have newly signed on to the platform.
As part of your role, you will need to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience, highlight certain pre-requisites, educating the customer on usage and associated limits and connecting the customer to the business development team should there be any queries.
You will also track all calls & activities, enter call notes, and assign them out to the appropriate resource.
Roles and Responsibilities:Reach out to all customers who have registered/signed-on via a tele calling activity
Deliver information on Sign Up pre-requisites, usage limits and best practices via phone
Ensure all data is captured, tracked and queries, if any, are passed on the Business Development team
Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate should be a Graduate.
MBA would be preferred.
