The individual who fills this role is a business intelligence expert, driving a consistent approach to executing against established metrics and regularly influencing senior leaders across the organization.

The ideal candidate possess a proven background in establishing metrics and driving operational improvements, has expertise in advanced reporting/analytics tools and techniques, and has a strong aptitude for analyzing and presenting complex data sets to senior managers.

This is a high-visibility opportunity.

The successful candidate will learn core business processes and partner with Risk, Finance, Operations, Technology, Human Resources, and global team analysts to lead both strategy and execution of an operational metrics reporting & analytics program.

Primary Responsibilities:
Define, monitor, and report key new and challenge existing operational metrics, mining data from available data sources; refine and create a robust documentation suite to clearly articulate data definitions while highlighting data quality gaps for inclusion in Technology and Process Improvement roadmaps
Prepare and lead an Operational Executive Management Report (EMR), incorporating people, productivity, efficiency, client experience, finance, and control metrics.

Review in senior manager forums, speak fluently to patterns in observed data, and help to provide creative solutions and insights
Ability to conduct time studies for key processes to understand organizational and activity-level effort requirements.

Manage ongoing time study refresh in response to material process changes
Help to develop headcount capacity and forecasting models to ensure appropriate staffing levels in anticipation of expected volume patterns; refresh based on actually observed monthly volumes
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to process improvement analysis and “what-if” scenario modelling
Interface with credit risk, finance, human resources, and data partners to translate capacity model, taxonomy, and volumes into act
