Job Role: Business Analyst Regulatory Reporting
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Pune/Chennai
Primary Skills.
5+ years of experience as Business Analyst Data Analyst.
Should have Strong Domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in either Retail banking products (Credit card, Loans, Mortgages etc)
Good understanding of Regulatory reporting guidelines like Basel, CCAR etc
Strong Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent hands on experience in SQL.
Strong understanding of PGD, LGD, EAD & RWA calculations.
Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like understanding BRD, FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation.
Strong Communication (written & verbal) excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
External BA certification (IIBA – AAC/CCBA/CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance) to be completed as per applicable policy for the project.
