JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and distribute client-facing performance reporting.
2. Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to actively solicit, analyze and develop reporting and contents that meet the customer’s real needs
3. May create analyses intended to aid the upsell opportunities.
4. May analyze client who are major payors or TPAs claim files, with development of relevant contents to showcase the values generated to their customers.
5. Commit to client service excellence.
6. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
7. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
8. Demonstrate Company’s Core Competencies and values held within.
