Position Purpose

Brickwork India is looking for an expert, who could assist global customers on lead generation projects. The individual would be required to handle customers independently, with guidance of a supervisor.

Primary Responsibility

1. Handle lead generation and database research related requirements for customers located globally
2. Conducting secondary research to identify potential B2B prospects with help of various online tools, directories and websites
3. Setting up appointments with prospects, making cold calls to decision makers in global organizations
4. Deliver customer projects as per the project Scope of Work (SOW)
5. 100% adherence to project timelines and assigned project hours
6. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project timelines while working on customer projects
7. Communicate with customers through email, phone and chat, for project reviews and feedback

Competency / Skills

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Exceptional internet research skills
4. Experience of working on online databases like Avention D&B, Factiva, etc.
5. Expert in working on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online social media tools
6. Experience with making calls to US, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.
7. Strong organizational and planning skills
8. Flexible to work in other timings as per project requirement
