Providing with new ways to deliver and manage IT on-premises and in the cloud
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with RSPs & Commodity managers/SPMs & collect HPE Product / Part costs in a timely manner & upload them in the system after analysis of the quotations for accuracy & changes from the system of record.

Understand HPE cost management processes and the way HPE operates/manages RSPs, 3rd party logistics service providers and other suppliers.

Follows up with ODMs, commodity and program managers /commodity managers /SPMs within HPE for data & timely approval of quotation release
Analyze cost data using appropriate software applications & inbuilt features.

Prepares reports & escalates in a timely manner on anomalies
Be flexible to work late hours in order to interact with clients.

Keep all stakeholders including management proactively updated about the issues, progress, resolution etc.

Coordinate with IT for resolving data flow issues, work on change requests & testing of the tool after changes are coded.

Coordinate with Suppliers and commodity managers for Supplier setup in HPE systems, agreements / contracts etc
Release Purchase Orders in a timely manner, track for closure & follow up till payments
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Commerce /science/engineering/computer application graduate
Upto 3 years of work experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).

Demonstrated analytical skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

Good interpersonal skills.

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

).

Basic understanding of project management methodology.

Developing business acumen and technical knowledg
