About the opportunity
Ellucian is seeking a Business Analyst to join our R&D team.
Individual should be innovative, hands-on, and driven to delight customers with more focus on requirement management and closely working with development team and collaborate with other stakeholders for project success.
Where you will make an impact
Developing product requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements while delivering the following artifacts as needed; use cases, storyboards/wireframes, test scenarios, etc.
Working with development and QA staff to implement and test defect corrections and enhancements for existing and proposed software solutions.
Assisting in testing existing and proposed software solutions
Taking a leading role in sprint backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
Analyze and review business and functional requirements.
Taking ownership of day-to-day deliverables and bringing it to a logical conclusion.
What you will bring:
Minimum of 3+ yearsÂ’ experience as BA for enterprise solutions.
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Takes a logical, analytical approach and innovative approach to problem-solving and has an eye for detail.
Strong team player can work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.
Experience in writing stories for Epics keeping in mind the regulatory and integration dependencies.
