Job Summary:-
You will build on recently reported discoveries that have identified key transcription factors, regulatory enhancers and epigenetic reconfigurations underpinning glioblastoma.

Specifically, you will lead your own project using 10X single cell profiling and a combination of RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and whole genome sequence analysis to better understand the identity of glioblastoma stem cells.

You will also support a range of ongoing projects within our team through your expertise in RNA-seq, ChIP-seq and 10X single cell multiome analysis.

The Opportunity:
Building on recent discoveries and datasets from patient-derived models and CRISPR engineered cellular models (recently accepted for publication in Cell , Cell Stem Cell and Nature Comms ), you will be able to rapidly advance our understanding of the core regulatory networks, enhancers and key transcription factors that underpin glioblastoma – one of the most devastating human cancers.

Your skills and attributes for success:
Demonstrated track record in deep analysis of transcriptional and epigenetic NGS datasets.

Good understanding of the fundamental biology of cancer genetics and cancer genomics resources.

Past experience or enthusiasm to analyse single cell transcriptomic and epigenomic data.

Ability to work across multiple projects and perform integrative analysis.
