Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for collection, analysis, reporting and maintenance of employee engagement related data, using a suite of proprietary Human Capital systems and surveys, as well as SaaS (software as a service) tools to which Bain subscribes.

Under general supervision, they will play an important role in the team that is responsible for multiple key projects, including but not limited to the annual worldwide employee survey, bi-annual Upward Feedback, CTSU, Ratings, Attrition, Diversity, Corporate Equality Index, Working Mothers, End of Year Dashboard reporting etc.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide support for suite of proprietary and SaaS Human Capital surveys, such as Worldwide Employee Survey, Upward Feedback, Case Team Survey Update (CTSU), Business School survey, Ratings analytics, Attrition analytics, Diversity analytics, Corporate Equality Index, Working Mother reporting and end of year reporting and dashboarding
