Key responsibilities

As a Data analyst based in Bangalore your key responsibilities will entail:

• Analyse workplace data to draw key insights for management information
• Cleanse and enrich data to drive the quality of insights
• Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity
• Design data models to create interactive PowerBI dashboard
• Cater to requests for ongoing or adhoc data driven management reports

Experience:

• 3-5 yrs experience in data analysis and data management
• Proficient in working in MS excel managing and analysing large quantity of data
• Proficient in building data models and Power BI dashboards
• Proficient in working on PPTs creating management information packs
• Secondary research and analysis experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of working with data lakes will also be an added advantage

Skills:

• Data analysis. Statistical methods and data analysis skills/ techniques
• Data management. Understand data sources, data organisation and storage.
• Data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment. Understanding of data modelling and knowledge of data cleansing and standardisation.
• Data visualisation. You can interpret requirements and present data in a clear and compelling way, using graphical representations and data visualisations.
• Quality assurance, validation, and data linkage abilities. You know how to conduct data quality assurance, validation, and linkage
