As a lead you will lead discussions with the business to brainstorm and come up with machine learning based solutions for business problems.
As a team lead, provide guidance and support to the Data Science Associates in your team, locally as well as globally.
You will also provide support across hiring, training, performance management and development for your team members.
As a member of a diverse team, you will participate in the full engineering life cycle which includes designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying new data solutions
Deep dive into the customer’s problem and identifying use cases that could represent an opportunity for transformational or disruptive innovation using the Machine learning models.
Not only do PoC’s but also own end to end responsibilities for deploying the models into production.
Partner with the firm wide Data Science, Machine Learning, and Platform Engineering teams for all the model’s lifecycle management, governance, risk assessment and periodic recertification
