Summary of the role:
The COO area Vendor Management is a transversal organization driving the Vendor Management Strategy, Supplier Project- and RFP Frameworks, Regular Governance and Compliance Service Management incl.
the Links to Corporate Risk and Security Management, Supplier Financial Excellence, Contract Management, Business Partnership with Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Corporate Strategies and Relationship management.
In the role of a Vendor Management Business Analyst, you will be supporting our Strategic Vendor Management for all Key Industry Supplier as such Amazon, Google, Microsoft, IBM, ServiceNow.
The areas of work will be Develop and Implement the Strategy, consult our Business Unit on Vendor Management Challenges, Achieve Value for Money and work on Strategic Cost Optimization Projects, Financial Engineer Vendor Situations, Define Business Case Approaches and Implement Unit Based Cost driven RFPs.
You will be well connected in and outside of Amadeus with key business partners, as well as key Supplier.
