Job Summary:-
Role/Responsibilities
In this role, you will develop deep expertise of Moody’s Analytics Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management software.

You will work directly with customers and provide detailed advice and assistance in their use of highly sophisticated products and the underlying technology.

You will partner with our global team of Engineers, Developers and Product Managers and be part of an open, collaborative and passionate team focused on delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge about Moody’s Analytics products, and the environments and platforms they run on in order to provide in-depth education and assistance on product features and functionality.

Accurately troubleshoot and investigate complex issues, responding to client demands in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner.

Manage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining overall ownership of client interaction and delivery of solution.

Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture to the Product Management teams.

Participate in internal projects
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation and Product teams
Qualifications
First level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline
Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics would be an advantage.

Knowledge of Oracle, Postgres, XML or web application servers.

Experience using or supporting complex technology solutions.

Hands-on Oracle experience either in development, DBA or L2/L3 level support would be an advantage.

Ability to find solutions via analysis of application log files, SQL procedures, error messages and operating System / database server diagnostics
Strong client focused orientation with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and assume customer satisfaction
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Highly organised, efficient and able to
