You will analyze production issues from the business and application perspective and triage them.
You will be the first line of technical support
You will have the ownership and accountability of service desk procedures
You will have to the SOX compliance and auditing
You will be responsible for managing bridge between multiple application and vendors
You will communicate with internal/external customers to enhance the understanding of customer problems

Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computers or equivalent
3+ Years experience as a Service Desk Analyst
Good knowledge of any Prepaid/Postpaid telecom business
Very good business knowledge of Amdocs CRM, OMS and billing CES 10.
2 preferable
Experience on supporting any telecom will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting & PL/SQL along with certification, knowledge of Python will be an added advantage
Expert in telecom domain & work in agility for multiple account and cross application.
