Do you want to design and build the technology everyone is talking about Chat Bot? Do you want to be part of the team that started to implement the chat bot capability in the bank? Are you an expert when it comes to data analysis and Chat Bot is not an unknown word for you?

We’re looking for a IT business analyst with 4 years of experience in technology or End User Support function and with at least one year of experience in Chat Bot technology to:become a key team member in a cross-functional agile teamtransform business needs and production level Chat Bot based on data analysisdesign out of End User problem resolution steps standard flows for the Chat Bot
conduct analysis on a large data repositories: extract data from various data sources, consolidate, clean and analyze dependencieswork closely with Product / Service Owners, Engineering and Operations team, Problem Management teams to track the demand and push progress of problem solutionsupport the operational teams across several technical domains within EUS by identifying process improvements
contribute expertise to the management of providing demand view of existing and new IT products and services
help create automation pipeline and self-help articles integrated into a Chat Bot solutionconduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting service desk customers and agents interviews to understand where and how Chat Bot can improve their efficiency and cost.

You’ll be working in the Chat Bot Competence Center team in Navi Mumbai, India.

You will be part of a highly motivated and talented group where innovation in not only encouraged but expected!.

You will be responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.
